Since my youth I have devoted myself with great passion to exploring the wisdom of the body.

My experiences as an occupational therapist, yoga teacher and dancer – including a research programme in dance, movement and somatics in Lisbon – led me to my passion for becoming an osteopath. What inspires me: the possibility of giving tissue space – listening closely to what the body shows, and following it. In a dialogue, the body can reveal its needs, tensions release and the breath finds room. As a therapist I mindfully follow the body’s impulses – and accompany you in your individual process and in trusting your health.

Alongside my work as an osteopath, I offer yoga classes and retreats.

My approach

I believe in the intelligence of the body – in its capacity to regulate itself, to heal and to return to balance. This conviction is at the heart of the name WisdomSoma: Wisdom = wisdom, Soma = body.

I work with manual diagnostics and a holistic perspective. Complaints rarely arise in isolation – they are often the expression of complex interactions between the musculoskeletal system, organ function and the nervous system, always in the context of your individual history, experiences and environment. I trace these patterns and offer the body precise impulses, so that its self-regulation can flow again.

To deepen my work, I am currently training in Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) – a psychotherapeutic, trauma-sensitive approach to regulating stress and trauma responses.

Wisdom•Soma

In 2016 I founded WisdomSoma with the vision of supporting people in their individual health journey and empowering them to live in connection and awareness with their body.

There is an infinite wisdom our body (= Soma) holds within — an intelligence our cells carry, remembering past and future, dying and renewing every moment.

Since June 2026, I have been practising as an independent osteopath in Berlin and Munich.
